Egyptian-Sudanese Cooperation: Signing an Agreement to Provide Telemedicine and Medical Tourism Services to Sudan

A Strategic Partnership Between "Shifaey" Digital Medical Portal and Sudan's "Sawa Sawa" Company to Enhance Healthcare Services

within the framework of strengthening mutual cooperation between the Arab Republic of Egypt and the Republic of Sudan, a strategic partnership agreement signing ceremony was held to provide Telemedicine and Medical Tourism services to our brothers and sisters in Sudan.

The agreement was signed through Egypt's Digital Medical Portal "Shifaey", in collaboration with our successful partners in Sudan, represented by the Sudanese company "Sawa Sawa". This pioneering step aims to provide integrated healthcare and facilitate Sudanese patients' access to the best digital medical services and remote consultations, in addition to streamlining medical tourism procedures in Egypt.

The signing ceremony witnessed a prominent attendance reflecting the great importance of this fruitful cooperation. The event was honored by the presence of:

• Counselor Abdel Gawad Abdel Hady, Counselor at the National Media Authority.

• Representatives from the Embassy of the Republic of Sudan in Cairo.

This cooperation is considered a significant step towards harnessing modern technology to serve the joint medical sector, and supporting and revitalizing medical tourism in Egypt. This contributes directly to providing safe and effective treatment alternatives for our Sudanese brothers and sisters, alleviating their health burdens.
